League Information The proposed Interlock with Peel www.phssl.ca and HDMJCL www.hdselectleague.com has been denied and will not move forward for the 2010 outdoor season. However, some teams from the PHSSL will be joining the HDMJCL for 2010. These age groups include; U11 Boys, U14 Boys, U11 Girls, U17-18 Girls. Also, exhibition games in all age groups are being recommended. Team contact information for the exhibition games will be distributed to all Clubs interested in these games.

Club Bonds Refunds Updated Jan 2010 - The League will be mailing out the Club Bonds in early January. If you Club has not received the cheque by the end of January please contact the League.
Where to Mail Entry Forms Updated Jan 2010 - All team entries for the up coming season must be mailed to the Hamilton and District Soccer Association at 662 Fennel Ave E, Hamilton, L8V 1V1.
Entry Fee and Bond Updated Jan 2010 - The Registration Fee $150.00 per team should be made payable to the HDMJCL. A Club Bond of $100.00 must accompany each team application form. Please remember the bond is only paid once per Club. The entry dead-line is March 31.
Team applications are now available Updated Jan 2010 - Clubs can download the application from the links below. One application is required for each team and must be submitted by the Club. Please note that only one Club Bond fee is required. Please fax a copy of all applications to the H&D office - 905-383-0425.
Volunteer Screening Form - Change: Volunteer Screening Forms "Vulnerable Sector Search: Applicants will have the option of having their search results mailed back to them, in a self-addressed envelope marked "confidential". To obtain a Police Criminal Records Search or a Vulnerable Sector Search: Attend the Records Business Center at 155 King William Street in Hamilton, fill out the appropriate form, show acceptable identification and pay the applicable fee. If the application is for a volunteer position, CAS, fostering, student registration or field placement ($15.00 fee) proof of same must be shown (i.e. letter from the agency or school). NOTE: If acceptable identification verifying your identity, along with proof of volunteer or student status, is provided, the completed search results may be mailed back to the applicant; or if requested, the applicant can pick up their search results at the Records Business Centre Click to see Hamilton Police Services

League Information 
Codes of Conduct: Partipation in sports can be a great learning experience for players, referees, parents and administrators. These experiences often tranfer into our daily lives at home, at school and in the office or during our recreational time.
The Hamilton and District Multi-jurisdictional Club League has provided the following codes of conduct to establish standards for soccer particpation within our league. All participants are encourages to adopt these standards in order to provide a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved in the program. These codes of conduct are based on sportsmanship and fair play while creating a fun and positive environment for everyone. Click to see - Codes of Conduct
